The Award of Excellence recognizes call centers that are judged to be the best of the best in providing services to the public. The award is presented after more than six months of testing by a team of independent, specialized judges contracted by ATSI to evaluate call center services. Organizations are judged on their courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients.

The Call Center Award of Distinction is awarded based on a call center’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette and the proper call-handling techniques of call centers that handle special applications such as order entry, registrations, etc.  Not only did Time Communications earn this award, we also earned the top score in the entire call center industry in 2009!

Award Winning Call CenterThe CAM-X Call Centre Award of Distinction focuses on customer relationship management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette, and professional call handling. Time Communications has earned this award for the past four consecutive years; and in 2010 we also earned the top score in the entire call center industry!  CAM-X is a Canada-based industry association that works with call centers throughout out North America.

Award Winning Call CenterThe Award of Excellence program is a ‘mystery caller’ program that offers CAM-X members the opportunity to have their call center agents evaluated by an independent panel of judges, over a 6-month period. The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients.
