Time Communications Wins Excellence Award for Sixth Consecutive Year
Time Communications has been honored with the exclusive 2011 Award of Excellence for the sixth consecutive year. The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call center services including telephone answering and message delivery. Time Communications was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 47th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Hyatt Regency, Montreal, QC.
Time Communications Earns Top Score for Outstanding Call Center Service
Not only was Time Communications honored with the prestigious 2010 Call Center Award of Distinction by CAM-X for the forth consecutive year, but we also ranked number one among all call centers who earned this honor. “The Call Center Award of Distinction recognizes those companies that have achieved best practice standards for complex Call Center applications. These include e-Commerce, call flow scripting, and process driven operations,” says CAM-X president Mary Anne Straw. CAM-X is a call center trade association for providers across North America.

- Proper use of call techniques
- Response time
