*Time Communications offers a ninety-(90) day money back guarantee (“Money Back Guarantee”) from the date a contract for call answering services is signed. The Money Back Guarantee applies only to set-up, training and programming fees (NOT monthly call-answering fees). Client must notify Service Provider that they will be discontinuing service within five business days following the end of Client’s first 90 days of service and must have at least one documented issue that was not resolved to Client’s satisfaction within the first 90 days of service to qualify for the Money Back Guarantee. Service Provider documents all issues and encourages Clients to reach out to their account manager if service is unsatisfactory. Service provider will refund these fees by issuing a one-time credit to Client’s account or issuing a check in the Client’s name.
